2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in The Wosskow Method programme.
3. What You Are Purchasing
The Wosskow Method is a fixed-duration, cohort-based leadership programme for professional women. The programme runs for 8 weeks and includes live group sessions, course materials, and access to the online learning platform hosted on Thinkific.
The programme fee is as stated at the point of purchase. Payment may be made in full or via Klarna, subject to Klarna's own terms and eligibility criteria.
4. Your Right to Cancel
As this is a distance contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase, without giving a reason.
To cancel, please email us at [email protected] clearly stating your wish to cancel.
If the programme has not yet started, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
If you have requested early access to programme content or the programme start date falls within the 14-day cooling-off period, you may still cancel. However, we may deduct a reasonable, pro-rata amount reflecting any sessions or materials already delivered to you.
After the 14-day cooling-off period, no refunds will be given. The programme is a fixed-duration cohort experience and places cannot be transferred or deferred to a later cohort unless we agree to this in writing.
If the programme start date is within the 14-day cooling-off period, the programme is non-refundable.
5. Programme Participation
By enrolling, you agree to:
- Treat fellow participants, facilitators, and guests with respect and professionalism at all times.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding anything shared by other participants during sessions. You must not share, disclose, or discuss the personal experiences, opinions, or information of other participants outside the group.
- Participate in good faith and in a manner consistent with the programme's purpose of supporting professional women in leadership.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these terms. In such cases, no refund will be given.

7. Recordings
We may record live sessions for internal use or to provide playback access to enrolled participants who miss a session. By participating, you consent to sessions being recorded.
You must not record, screenshot, or capture any live sessions or programme content by any means. Breach of this clause will be treated as a serious violation and may result in removal from the programme without refund.
