About this course

The Wosskow Method is an 8-week programme designed to give your senior women the clarity, confidence and practical tools to make a real career move, stepping into bigger leadership roles, navigating the next level, and building the presence to match their capability. Outcome driven content gives you the structure to stop planning and start doing.

Each week combines written content from Debbie, practical exercises, curated reading, and a live group session with an experienced executive coach. Two of those sessions are hosted by Debbie herself, giving you direct access to the woman behind the method at the moments that matter most. The programme is built around a simple belief: that progress comes from honest self-assessment, deliberate action, and the support of other women doing the same work.

Meet Debbie

Debbie Wosskow CBE is an entrepreneur, investor and champion of women in business. She founded Love Home Swap, grew it into a global platform, and sold it for $53 million. She co-founded AllBright, the network and members' club for professional women, and has invested in and advised dozens of businesses built by women, including most recently The Better Menopause. She was awarded an OBE for services to entrepreneurship, has chaired the government's Sharing Economy Review, is the current Co-Chair of the Invest in Women Taskforce and regularly speaks at events on leadership, business building, and the realities of making big career moves.

The Wosskow Method draws on everything Debbie has learned across more than 25 years of building, investing and mentoring. It is her framework for the work she does with women one-to-one, now available as a structured programme for the first time.

What your organisation will see

  • A clearer, more confident leadership pipeline

Participants leave with honest self-assessment, a defined direction, and the friction that was slowing them down named and addressed.

  • Women who back themselves in rooms that matter

An evidence bank of what they've accomplished, a plan to get visible with the right people, and the tools to own their value and act on it.

  • Progression-ready women with a plan behind them

Pressure-tested thinking, peer feedback, and a 90-day plan with accountability built in. Not just development, a documented next move.

Who is this for?

This programme is for organisations that have capable, experienced women in their pipeline and want to keep them moving forward.

Your people are not lacking ambition. They may be lacking the structure, the peer group, and the deliberate development that turns potential into progression.

The Wosskow Method gives them that, in eight weeks, with results they can act on immediately.

How the course works

The Wosskow Method runs over eight weeks. Each week, participants receive that week's content: a video from Debbie, a written content pack, practical exercises, and curated reading. You work through the material during the week at your own pace, completing the exercises in your workbook as you go.

Every Friday, you join a live group session with your cohort, led by an experienced executive coach. These are not lectures. You will work in small breakout rooms, share what you have done that week, and give each other honest, practical feedback. Debbie joins the first and final sessions in person.

The programme is designed to build on itself. The early weeks focus inward: getting clear on where you are, what you want, and what has been getting in the way. The middle weeks turn outward: building your network, testing ideas, and getting your finances on the page. The final weeks bring it all together into a plan you can act on, with accountability built in so you keep moving after the programme ends.

What women are saying

Debbie has spent twenty years coaching, mentoring and investing in women who are ready to make a move. Here is what they have to say.

“Debbie is a powerhouse and a true champion of women in leadership. Working with her has genuinely changed how I show up as a leader. Her methods are real world and immediately applicable, tools and frameworks you can take straight into your work and start seeing results. The Wosskow Method brings together everything she uses with the leaders she mentors. If you have the opportunity to learn from Debbie, take it.”

Lisa Haycox, CEO at Explore Learning

“Working with Debbie has been the single most influential experience in my career. She challenged how I thought about my potential and gave me the confidence to be unapologetic about my ambitions. She helped me gain clarity on what I wanted and, more importantly, take full ownership of my career. As a result, the way I talk about myself has changed, the opportunities I pursue have shifted, and I now approach my career with far greater clarity and confidence.”

A few questions we're asked

  • What is The Wosskow Method?

An 8-week cohort-based programme for professional women who want to make a real career move. Each week combines written content from Debbie, practical exercises, curated reading, and a live group coaching session. It's designed to give you structure, accountability, and the support of a peer group going through the same process.

  • Who is it for?

Organisations with high-potential women at any stage of their leadership journey, whether they're ready for the next level or being developed toward it.

  • How much time do I need to commit each week?

You should expect to set aside around 5 hours per week. That covers the written content and exercises at your own pace, plus the live group session. The programme is designed to fit around a full-time schedule, but it does ask for genuine commitment.

  • How big is the cohort?

Cohorts run with a minimum of 6 and maximum of 20 participants. The programme is designed for small group work, sessions use breakout rooms to keep the experience personal and the peer dynamic tight, regardless of cohort size.

  • How much does it cost?

UK pricing is £3,000 per person (excluding VAT) for cohorts of up to 6, and £2,500 per person (excluding VAT) for cohorts of 7–20. Minimum cohort size is 6. Invoicing available on request.
