- Klarna: if you choose to pay via instalments. Klarna processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Zoom or equivalent: if live sessions are delivered via video conferencing. Your name and email may be visible to other participants during sessions.
- Email service providers: for programme communications and, where applicable, marketing emails.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
6. International Transfers
Some of our service providers (including Thinkific) are based outside the UK. Where your data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions recognised by UK data protection law.
